Steps to log an AUP violation meeting (for admin and office staff):
- From the Start Page, find the student you want to log.
- In the left nav bar, click Log Entries.
- Click the New button.
- Change the Log Type, Title, Log Entry Text, and Incident Date fields. When entering the Title, indicate what level it is, i.e. “AUP Violation Meeting – 4th strike” or “AUP Violation Meeting – 3rd strike.” Then, click on Submit to save the entry.
- You can also add a Discipline Alert by clicking on Discipline Alert.
- Edit the Discipline Alert Text and Alert Expires fields.
- The scales of justice icon will appear whenever a student is displayed. Teachers can see and read the alert.
