Logging an AUP violation meeting

Steps to log an AUP violation meeting (for admin and office staff):

  1. From the Start Page, find the student you want to log.
  2. In the left nav bar, click Log Entries.
  3. Click the New button.
  4. Change the Log Type, Title, Log Entry Text, and Incident Date fields. When entering the Title, indicate what level it is, i.e. “AUP Violation Meeting – 4th strike” or “AUP Violation Meeting – 3rd strike.” Then, click on Submit to save the entry.
  5. You can also add a Discipline Alert by clicking on Discipline Alert.
  6. Edit the Discipline Alert Text and Alert Expires fields.
  7. The scales of justice icon will appear whenever a student is displayed. Teachers can see and read the alert.
